I'm ready for my first triathlon!

Welcome to the new First Ladies of Fitness!  If you’ve ever visited my site, you’ll see that a lot has changed.  If you’ve NEVER visited my site, you’re not the only one!  I’m doing some new-fangled things in hopes of increasing my community but there are some things that will never change!  I am still committed to promoting the fit lifestyle for you and your loved ones.  That’s my goal, that’s my passion and that will never change.  My goal is to use this new blogging format to motivate, inspire, educate, and communicate.  But it’s not a one way street.  I don’t know EVERYTHING.  Sssshhhhh.  Don’t tell anyone I said that.  No, I don’t know it all but I have some very strong opinions about health and fitness and I’m going to express them.  You’ve been warned!  Please, keep coming back!

    I’m ready for fitness. I’m only 47, but I feel like I’m 87. And I’m sick of it! I’m done with the over-weight and no movement lifestyle. I’m leaving it back in 2010. It’s past time for me to start living. I like this website. It feels very positive. 2011 is going to be a good year. I’ve got First Ladies of Fitness bookmarked. Let’s do this!!

      You’re 47! That’s so awesomely young! But so is 87 if you live it right! :-) I believe that you can do anything that you get serious about. It’s a struggle to get moving and even more difficult to start eating better BUT you can do it. You can absolutely do it. I appreciate your stopping by my website! Sincerely, Kinaya
